It's not easy being an environmentally aware pub!!!!

We have always tried to live sustainably.

Why should running business be any different?

We do need your help though.........

We recycle everything we can, and have seperate places for glass, cans and plastic.

We use all our waste paper to make logs, and kindling for our fire. We use this paper to make logs using a log maker, and we can often be found making logs on quieter nights.

We try to save water by not leaving taps dripping, and using water hippos in all our toilets!

We try to use only energy efficient products, and machines. We turn off lights and plugs that are not in use, and you will notice that all our lights are energy efficient.
